A. Ordinance authorizing the award of contract for the repair of Cummins
Engines, Detroit Diesel Engines, and Allison Transmissions.
B. Ordinance authorizing amending the 2020 Capital Budget (Amendment #1).
This amendment decreases the 2020 Suburban Capital Program from
$108,274,041.00 to $106,278,121.00 due to final apportionments of FTA Section
5307 and 5339 formula funds. This amendment also reallocates $37,252,500.00
of state bond funds from the Wheeling garage project to the new I-55 (Plainfield)
garage project. The total funding for the 2020 Regional ADA Paratransit capital
program remains at $4 million.
C. Ordinance authorizing the Executive Director to execute an
Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Plainfield for the financial
reimbursement by Pace to the Village of Plainfield for the construction of a bus
maintenance and storage facility on village owned property.
